did you post a bad cheeseball recipe?

or did you post a recipe for cheeseballs using fruit cake? something really gnarly that would give someone gastro intestinal upset?

cause i thought them two twitchy-eye posts were for me admitting my enjoyment of a good fruit cake

No, icebear. Those twitchy-eye posts (1 was mine) were for the recipe Buzz posted, which he later deleted.

I enjoy a good fruit cake too. :madgrin

OK, here is my mom's Texas Holiday Cheese Rolls

1 lb American cheese, grated and soft
3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 oz pkg cream cheese w/chives or garlic powder
1 c finely chopped pecans
Chili powder

Mix all ingredients together except chili powder. Shape into small logs and roll in chili powder. The logs we make are about the circumference of a Ritz and about 2-3 inches long. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate until needed. Slice the logs w/butter knife and put slices on Ritz crackers, awesome!!!

So....I just spent 20 minutes google-ing Soylent Green....:doh

Here is my addition to the Cheese Ball Bonanza...

I call it "My Dad's Cheese Ball" but my kids call it "Mom's cheeseball that she probably already ate."

1 brick cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbs minced hot peppers (any kind according to your tolerance, fresh are
obviousely best though,)
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Blend, refrigerate, shape and roll in nuts if ya want.
