Ok - I need some new recipes so maybe we can all throw ours out there.

Mine is : Branschwieger Cheese Ball

You take 1 pck of Phil. Cream Cheese
1 pck of Branschwieger by Oscar Meyer (or any brand - it's where the lunchmeant is sold and it's kind of like a liver pate)
Chopped up Green Onions

Mush it all together and shape into one big Cheese Ball or 2 small Cheese Balls

It's very good and kinda rich, but delicious on Ritz/Triscuit crackers.

Enjoy

Grandma Terry's World-Famous Cheeseball

1 pack of cream cheese
1 pack of Budding beef (sliced thin beef, sold with lunchmeat)
green onions
worchestershire sauce

Chop up the beef and onions (3-4 onions, more or less to taste). Smoosh up the onions, cream cheese and MOST of the beef. Add 2 dashes of worcherstershire. Shape into a ball and cover with remaining beef.

This is AWESOME. Goes well with Sociable crackers, or Perpperidge Farms Party Trio or Holiday Quartet (I think those are the varieties). Also goes well with Triscuits.

1. Take a package of Cream cheese, open a jar of pesto. Pour the pesto over the cream cheese - microwave for 45 sec. to a minute to soften, serve with french bread. Yummy!!!!! (you can also shake some parmesean over top for added flavor)

2. Take a package of Cream cheese, add a jar of raspberry chipotle sauce or a Jalepeno jelly over top. Serve with Wheat thins or Ritz crackers. Amazing!!!!

3. Tastefully Simple has a keylime cheeseball mix that is out of this world! to find a consultant just go to www.tastefullysimple.com You just put the mix in w/ cream cheese and serve with Graham Sticks.

This is so darn incredible.

This makes a RING but I'm sure you can roll it into a log.

1 stick of white cracker barrel cheese (shred it)
1 stick of yellow cracker barrel cheese (shred it)
1 small onion diced fine
Cup of Mayonaise
1 Dash of Cayenne Pepper
1 small bag of finely chopped pecans
1 jar of Rasberry Preserves
Crackers

Take a bunt pan or wax paper and spray with pam. Spread nuts so they stick to tbe bottom/sides of pan.

Mix all incredients together -Cheese,mayo,onion, cayenne peper and press into a log shape and refrigerate w/saran wrap. When hardened roll into nuts. If you want a ring, press cheese mixture on to the bottom of pan. Cover with Saran for 1-2 hrs . Flip over and you have a nice nut topped ring. Place a bowl of Rasberry preserves in the middle and serve with crackers.

The sweetness of the preserves compliments the spiciness of the Cheese.

This is always a huge hit.
