Ok, what happened to a post yesterday regarding the pant issue with women and attire worn in church? I didn't write the post but found it to be an interesting topic. I posted my reply to it, and went back to see what happened with the topic today and I can't find it.

Why was it removed? Did it spark such an argument it violated a rule? If so how could that topic not be an appropriate discussion as a christian issue?

Or is it me with the problem, it's still there and I somehow cannot locate it.:thinking

I think we got too silly in it, or real or crossed a line

I can tell you. That poster was a troll and started many threads. One was something like "is it okay to force your kids to go to church and what faith do you represent type of thing."

I think this poster had many topics started. lol

But I did want to say that Lisa's church was mind kind of church. Flip flops, pants, shorts and all. :aha

I wanted to find out what people thought of my comparison when I mentioned Bikers as being sometimes pretty devout believers and I doubted that Jesus would turn someone away based on attire, but I never got to see how everyone responded.

I think that was a pretty good topic to discuss, as what we wear is a big concern in what most look at on first impressions ya know?

I agree I like the shorts and flip flop thing in the summer, the cooler the better. Them little paper fans don't always work.

You can always start a new thread on it

Don't want to take that chance after what happened here tonight ---lets just say I had a thread in Womens Issues in a Woman's Issue
and it was too offensive, which it wasn't, I was getting good advice, and no I didn't ask for medical advice, I asked for ways to comfort myself to help with it, or and herbal teas that are sold like peppermint or whatever as an example just advice woman to woman, and you don't want to know what happend.

I pm a friend and got in trouble for what I told her I thought about it and now am so distraught from it I can't even sleep.

So no I am not starting anymore topics tonight out of fear of being told "you can write about that".

Sorry. I got the jest of the clothing thread from above so that's cool.

You can discuss anything outside of the rule set.
