Weird IP banned message [Archive]

I went to reply to a message in the economics forum and get a message that my IP has been banned and please contact the administrator. I have tried to post replys in other places and don't get that message. Whats up? What did I do? Help!

That happened to me too on just one thread but not on anything else.
