It seems I'm always needing glue for something or another. Usually just basic repairs and stuff around the house. In your opinion, what is the BEST and STRONGEST glue on the market?
P.S. I want some glue that really STICKS!! I heard of Gorrilla glue so I tried it. I wasn't impressed. It was waaaay over-rated IMO.

I think it depends on what your gluing.
Gorrilla glue is a polyurethane glue, and is good for certain types of repairs.
For wood, white glue is good, but a purpose "wood glue" may be better and offer a water resistant repair.
In my modeling days, R/C airplanes, either epoxy or super glue were the standard issue. The streangth of the bond was determined by how deep the glue penetrated the wood. A slower set glue would have a stronger bond, as the glue had more time to penetrate the wood.
There is always duck tape.

Something to keep in mind about "superglues". In my experience most superglues have a shelf life once you open them. Once upon a time I collected Warhammer and 40k miniatures and if I had a bottle of glue that was left open for much more than 3 months it tended to lose its ability to bond well with anything other than my fingers, and sometimes not even those. I'm confident that that problem will be with almost any glue cause I had it happen with Superglue, GDW's glue, and some superglue that my Dad brought home from work. My Dad builds fighters for a living so that was "the good stuff".

I don't know that there is a "general" glue. But one of the most useful glues I've found is Shoe Goo. Sticks like crazy and holds good. I've used it for all kinds of things. I usually keep a tube in my backpack.

As was said, Gorilla Glue is good for some repairs, but use it sparingly as it "foams up" and expands as it dries. I've had a few projects where the glue oozed out as it dried and I had to clean off the projects (which wasn't easy as the glue is really tough stuff when it's dry). Also, I've found that the bottle nozzle tends to get clogged with dried glue. My solution was to stick a short nail into the nozzle after use before capping it. The nail might get stuck a bit, but prying it out isn't difficult and it's better than not being able to use the glue due to a clogged nozzle.
Krazy/Super Glue is always a must have and it's very versatile. I recently repaired my leather belt (the kind with a weave of thin leather strips) with it when the end started coming off. The drawbacks, however, are it being bad when you get it on your skin and the nozzle getting clogged.
Other than that, just your standard wood and school glues are useful to have around.
