O.k.. here's 2 of mine
1. Inhaled the shower water and had a choking fit!
2. 'washing my face in the shower, my sharp fingernail accidentally plunges (due to slick surface) into my nostril and makes it bleed :fear

Ok a friend did this.. Really it wasn't me
anyway, she was taking apart 2 frozen burger patties using a knife and it plunged into her hand. She had to be rushed to the hospital and had a bunch of stitches in her hand...
From that day on I don't use a knife to separate burger patties, and I think of her if I grab a knife

When I was a kid, I made a smart aleck remark to my dad, and turned around to run, right into a wall. My Dad still laughs to this day about that.

Okay here's one i can think of from last week...
I thought i was so talented i had my coffee, my cereal all in one hand and being oh so careful with the balancing -- but had to open the baby gate.. I tipped just wrong -- and the whole thing went flying over the fence and onto our brand new tile floor and it went everywhere.. Hadn't even been down 2 days.. :doh
Oooh i was mad! No one else was... See they've been taught by ME that it's no big deal when things spill -- but I was so mad b/c the floor was brand new and i can't get down that far to clean things up right now.. I think i was just stressed out anyway that day. Still no way to act -- let me tell you!
My hubby and my children taught me a lesson that day.. It's not a big deal Mom we'll get it you go sit down.. I can laugh about it now -- not so much last week. :rolleyes

Ok, I have one for my 15 year old son, it wasn't at home but it was funny. To explain this story, I am a very frugal person and obviously it has passed to my children. YIKES>
I gave him $4 to by 8 stamps at the machine at Walmart. Well, my husband and I was at check out trying to figure what is taking him so long. Hubby went up to him and our ds turned around with strips and strips of stamps. My husband thought the machine was broken. Come to find out, he bought 100 one cent stamps and 60 2cent stamps before he was stopped by hubby.
His view he was doing mom a favor because he received more for his money. :pound
Do you know how many stamps I would have to put on a letter to mail it???
