Yes, we always cook a day ahead as well, so far we have:

3 Dozen Deviled Eggs,2 Dozen Cookies, 1 Pumpkin Pie, 1 Mincemeat Pie, 1Chocolate Pie, 1 Chocolate Cake, Jello and we have Prepared the ingredients for the Turkey, Stuffing, Baked Yams with Marshmallows, Green Bean Casserole, Dinner Rolls, Cranberry Sauce, Mashed Taters & Gravy, and Mac&Cheese....and also we have made our cheeseballs & our Egg Nog.

Now all is left is to dig out the tree and decorations as we put it up tomorrow (family tradition).

Plus we watch the Macy's Day Thanksgiving Parade while we cook the bird, can't wait!!!!:yeah

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!:hug

Mix 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water to dissolve. Bring water and sugar mixture to a boil. Add whole cranberries. Bring to a boil again. Lower heat and gently boil cranberries for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Place in bowl and put the lid on and allow to cool at room temp. Once it has cooled to room temp, place in refrigerator. It's so easy even I can do it. :yeah
