And what happens to those nations after the millenium?

They are probably changed along with the new heavens and new earth. Some of them that rebel at the end of the millenium will be destroyed (sent to the lake of fire).

I guess my question was rhetorical.

My point is that scripture is telling me in 2Th 2, just what it says.
All will be experiencing a strong delusion.

Of course, not all, as there is a remnant of the nation of Israel that God has always kept throughout history. It is of these that the 144k will go out and spread God's Word of the Kingdom of God. (not the Kingdom of Grace - it's a mystery :whisper shhh)

Oh, and after the millenium Kingdom, all will have come to be one in Christ, except those that rebel and follow Satan into the pit.
All will then be made new.

LOL!

All doesn't necessarily mean all.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be ****ed who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Even here there is a proviso;
Rev 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Then he will remove everything out of His Kingdom that offends.
Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

:yeah

Rev 3:5 "He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels."
You see, Jesus wrote 7 epistles. All to His church. Only one escapes the Trib, according to Him.

Then he will remove everything out of His Kingdom that offends.

:yeahYeah!!! And it is Rev 20 when He opens the books and all accounts are settled.

Well, thats a problematic idea, although I know some who believe in the "pan-rapture" theory, where there are serveral raptures of the righteous. Could be I suppose, but we will have to wait and see.

Well, I don't know pan-rapture or several raptures, just one.

Well, if what you say is true, and only one church (type) escapes the Trib, and the entire church is to be raptured, or resurrected, then there would have to be at least two raptures, right?

Unless your suggesting that the other six church (types) are just not saved at all??

What do the 7 letters say will happen? Of the other churches, some will see great tribulation, and some will overcome.
Rev 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.What does "remove thy candlestick out of his place" mean?

Well, please note:
He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. And I will give him the morning star.

He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

The rewards for overcoming are given not to Churches, but to individuals within Churches.

What does "remove thy candlestick out of his place" mean?

Rev 2:1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

The candlesticks represent the individual Churches to which the letters to the seven Churches were written. Therefore to have the Candlestick removed, is to have the Church dissolved, or the light of the Church removed.

There is no Church that is perfect, and each one of those Churches is no exception. It is only individuals within each one of the Churches that are challenged by Jesus to overcome in spite of the imperfections and difficulties each one faced. And also the angel of each church is the messenger, or the Pastor, and they are given the warning about the removal of light (Mat 5:14-16) from their congregational setting.
