I saw an ad on TV for this today. I guess it starts every January. Has anyone here participated in it? I know it's free which is a big plus for me! :thumb

I started to last year but got hurt and then I got lazy.
I had a friend who did it and it worked really well for her. Got her in shape and she lost about 20 pounds.
