Third Day

Any Third Day fans here? If so you've got to get their new CD "Chronology." It's great. They re-do some of their hits like "Theif" and some others. There's also a DVD with it and it shows "bootleg" video of them in concerts. There's even a video of one of their first performances back in high school!! It's a hoot.

I've always been a fan of theirs, but recently I've been more appreciative of their music and style. I'd have to say they are my favorite group. I can't even name one song as a favorite because so many of them are favs. The video for "Cry out to Jesus" makes me cry every time I see it.

Anyone else?

Hubs and I like Third Day. Haven't gotten this one yet. I wonder if this release will bring another concert tour???? We haven't seen them before.

This one that is out now is the first "Chronology" which just came out a month or so ago and it has their older stuff on it. In August (I think) they are releasing the second "Chronology" which will have newer stuff on it.

I've seen them in concert a few times, most recently last fall. It was their "Wherever You Are" tour and it was fantastic! They put on a great show, so if you ever have the chance to go, do it. You won't regret it!!

Well, can you tell that they're my favorite band? We went to see them at The Gorge last July for Creationfest. It was my first time seeing them live. My only disappointment was that they did not sing my favorite song, Consuming Fire.

I have their cds and three dvds, but do not yet have the new one that you mentioned. Thanks for the heads up!

This is the first time I have posted but I saw your thread title and had to check it out. I saw Third Day in concert years ago and fell in love with them. But I heard "Cry out to Jesus" yesterday for the first time and it was the most beautiful song! I cried and cried.

I lost my brother two months ago in a mototrcycle accident and that song just really ministers to a hurting heart! What a blessing they are!

They are coming to St.Louis to Six Flags on June 23rd. Going to see them there :)
