An insider who presented a paper at a recent North American Forum meeting in Mexico is concluding that the Security and Prosperity Partnership plan has failed.

"The Security and Prosperity Partnership is dead," reporter John Ibbitson of Canada's Globe and Mail told WND in a telephone interview.

Ibbitson, who was invited to present a paper at the meeting because he is a strong proponent of increased international trade, especially between Canada and the United States, said he believes public exposure has stalled SPP efforts.

Others disagree with his conclusion, but they do agree that the public's awareness of the program and some of its features will trigger changes.

It's part of satan's agenda so I'm sure it's still there unless of course they have a new plan to integrate the entire globe all at once after a great "catastrophe".

It's amazing to me how people are labeled as "crazy" or "conspiracy nuts" when these issues first come to the surface and then when it starts to get mainstream, the accusers just ignore it and move on the next "crazy" idea to start up the attacks again.

When are people going to wake up and realize that this is all part of satan's plan that is prophesied of in the Bible? :scratch

I dont believe a word of that. Dead, yeah , sure! It's gonna happen as soon as they can crush the dollar even further. The anti-christ, needs the one world government, and part of it is "harmonizing" Canada, USA and Mexico first. Maybe word got out a little too soon and they are feeling people bucking it, so now they have to pretend that its dead, so we all fall back to sleep.

Yep, they use that tactic all the time. If a bill fails that they're pushing, they just change the wording or title and send it back through until it passes. They assume that the masses will get tired of fighting and it will eventually pass, and sadly they're correct. :tsk

Look at what this administration alone has passed! With all the executive orders alone, we live in a tyrannical police state in the making, all they have to do is enforce those orders.

Please keep us posted on the SPP. I was wondering about it too. It's been awfully quiet since Labor Day Saturday when they opened the borders to trucks coming and going to/from Mexico with foreign goods. Even the truckers Labor Union couldn't stop that.
