If I hear that phrase one more time coming from my sons or husband I may undergo spontaneous combustion. What is it about boys/men that makes games so involving? Am I the only one here who hears this phrase on a regular basis? :hairout

Funny you should say that. I actually hear that all the time from my dh when he is playing his XBOX 360. He loves the mission games and he will stay up all hours just to play those games....

Ah no, we don't have that one yet. Last night as I made the dinner, set the table, and sat at the table waiting, it was Medal of Honor: European assualt. We have the multitap so all four males of the household can play at the same time. When my husband and sons saw my face when they came to the table they apologized and kept complimenting me on how great the meal was.:thinking

Actually, I am a gal and I like the games too. :) I'm not as into them as the men are but I find them enjoyable when I'm into it.

You're not alone try on dh here and 3 boys with a playstation 2 and all the war shoot em one, the car theft games, the guitar hero......Howver, I can't complain I am a sly cooper fan myself.
Plus in todays world a little escape is sometimes necessary.....

I get that from my DH, too. I sometimes get jealous of his game, but he's got a lot on his plate right now and I'm trying not to make a big deal out of it. His game is the way he releases tension.
