I just purchased this book for next year. Has anyone used it? What is your opinion and did you supplement it with anything else?
I was also looking at their book "Remembering God's Awesome Acts" and it looks REALLY good.

I used that curriculum a few years ago for my then second grader to use. We enjoyed it for a while, but I had to do a lot of the tedious cutting and writing in it. There's a lot of cutting and coloring, but there are also experiments to do and it's a full science curriculum for grades 2nd through 4th grade. I actually think it's a bit difficult for a second grader, but a 3rd or 4th grader should really get a lot out of it. :)

Thanks-- My kids like the cutting and coloring so I am hoping that this is something they like. I really think I may use it as a supplement not a core curriculum. My kids will be in 2, 3 and 5th next year.

I did use it; but i found all the work i had to do -- way to time consuming for me. I have kept it though; and used it when i need it or want to do a project in that book.. It really is a VERY nice curriculum. :thumb
