I just singed my hair!

We have a wood burning furnace that we often throw burnable trash into. Well, we had this old broom that I was tired of tripping over in the shed so, on my way out to the barn I picked it up to toss into the furnace. :doh:ohno OH MY WORD did that thing ever WHOOSH into a ball of flame! Thankfully I had a hat on so only the ends got singed, (and my eyebrows and eyelashes). :rolleyes My next door neighbor cuts hair so she came over and had to cut off the tips of my A-line bob I have spent the last 8 months growing out. :gaah:reaction

This was dh's reaction when I called him and told him ----->>>> :pound

I guess I will be tucking it behind my ears now until my tips grow back. :drama

Sometimes I used to fuss over bad-hair days until I experienced no-hair days, lol...it's barely starting to grow out now from giving it to chemo/radiation.

I once accidently burned off a huge chunk of shoulder length bangs. I told my stylist "don't even ask", lol. :twitch

PTL my neighbor is a really good stylist and she hid it pretty well. :yeah It just looks like a different haircut now. :hehee

On the up side it singed off all the little eyebrow hairs that needed waxing anyways. :lol2
