How do I put a picture in my post

I click insert image, and it ask for url I have pics saved in Flickr but not sure what to do

It's best to use a site like Fileden (http://www.fileden.com/) or ImageShack (http://www.imageshack.us/) to upload your photos...they will give you a direct URL for the picture (well at least I know ImageShack does).

You could also right-click on a picture on Flickr, select properties and you can copy the URL shown there. That'll work too.

I use Firefox and this is the properties when I right-click on a picture on the web....I have highlight the location you would copy/paste here.
