IN response to a letter from Muslim leaders seeking better relations with the Christian world, Pope Benedict XVI Nov. 29 invited those leaders to the Vatican for a “working meeting” on interreligious dialogue.
Writing on behalf of the pope, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, the Vatican secretary of state, expressed Benedict’s “gratitude” and “deep appreciation” for an open letter that 138 Muslim scholars and clerics sent to the pope on Oct. 13

Seriously though lol I'm almost tempted to like send a few crates of Aquafina or Dasani over there. There's something in the water over there lol...these encyclicals, statements, and motions coming out of the Vatican are just bizarre and seriously so far removed from Christianity that it's not even funny lol. I mean, it's just bizarre and ill-representative of not only Christianity of course, but also most Christians.
They could use some Dasani or Aquafina or something over there lol. Perrier at least! :lol2 I'd love to then see Benedict XVI though on the balcony: "Habemus Aqua!" :falsep

After I got over the shock of looking at photos of the previous Pope John Paul II's kissing the Koran, nothing surprises me about that group anymore.

Revelation 17:9,18 there is only one city in the world that sits on seven hills and fits the description given here, Rome. Could it be that the false prophet in Rev. 13 is the pope at that time, seems to be...........

The "water" in Rome has been bad for years... :aha
I can think of a few "Christian" church leaders that should attend since they are also working hard for a one world church... Osteen, Warren, Schueller..... :fear

There are many cities that sit on seven hills, WillieJ, including Constantinople (Istanbul). Rome is a favorite choice because it's been a focal point of history and the source of so much ungoldliness.
Consider that the Statue of Liberty's crown has seven points that symbolise the seven great continents (and seas), and ponder that the evil world government about to emerge will thus be "sitting on seven hills".
