Hey there peeps, just wondering if anybody watches the FN.
What's you're favorite program and recipe?

My favs are 30 Minute Meals, Semi-Homecooking and all the Paula Deen shows (she's too funny :aha)

I once tried Giada's rigotini (atleast I think that's the name :hehee) baked in fontina cheese sauce.

I used to watch those shows ALL THE TIME! LOL

My favorites are the same as your's. I haven't watched for awhile though. Sandra Lee is very entertaining and I love her tablescapes. Also Paula Deen makes it look sooo easy. I used to watch Rachel Ray but I got Racheled out, with all her shows.

Oddly I haven't made any of their recipes that I can remember, but I do learn a lot of interesting tricks and short cuts!

I love the FN and watch it every day....I like all the shows, although I'm not fond of Emeril for some reason.

My daughter loves to cook and makes many recipes from Rachel Ray, Paula Deen, Giada, and Ina Garten.

I, on the other hand, hate to cook so why I even watch is a mystery. Well, not really, cause I tell DD what looks good, she makes it and invites us over. :heh

i LOVE food network....

my favorites are most of the FN challenges, Dinner Impossible, anything Iron Chef, Ina Garten in Barefoot Contessa, Sandra Lee's Semi Homemade, i never used to like Bobby Flay, but he seems to have mellowed out over the years and Throwdown is a fun show. I also like Alton Brown in Good Eats. Giada irritates me. I still like Rachel Ray and Emeril, but i can only take so much at time cause they are played so often.

When I first stumbled upon FN I was aghast! A whole channel devoted to food! It seemed to decadent and somehow wrong. Then I got sucked in(what can I make for dinner tonight?) and now it is all over. I love the way Paula Deen cooks(fattening!), I have made at least one of Giada's recipes(Veggies stuffed with Ground Turkey-very good), and I like watching Nigella Lawson because of the way she talks about food. I like Ina Garten, Alton Brown is funny, but for some reason I don't care for Emeril very much. Wish I had their pots, pans, knives, ovens, ingredients, and staff. LOL Paula Deen's corn casserole is good. I go to Foodnetwork.com for the recipes. I like to watch Dinners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Don't care for the food challenges.

Sometimes I like to watch Ace of Cakes - they are so talented and creative!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Alton Brown!

I've always liked Bobby Flay - he's a cutie patootie, even if he needed to mellow out his ego a bit.

Iron Chef America - CHECK

I'm not really big on Rachel Ray - she's a real cutie too, but there's only so much bounce I can stand LOL

Just watching anything Paula Dean does causes me to gain weight, so I only do it in moderation :p

Giata - I don't like how they film her show, it's really distracting. I don't watch her much. I will say that girl needs to up her calories before she blows away with a good, strong wind.

Unwrapped is one of my favorites and I do like some of the challenges.

I enjoy watching Next Food Network Star as well.

Overall, Food Network is far more entertaining that the usual fare on most of the other channels.

God Bless,
mik
