People, this is where we must step into the gap. People are literally going to starve to death. Give.

Rev. 6:6 And I heard something like a voice from among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages".

I wish that I could ship our left overs to some of these people!!
We live pay check to pay check, but at least we have food....
I pray that Jesus comes quickly....I don't want to see people starve!!

make smaller meals take the extra money you would have used and give to people. stop wasting money on expensive cars and houses clothes and jewelry give the extra to help those they cant even buy a coat. instead of having 4 cars give 2 to charaties that can use these to get supplies and delivery them. God will Bless you greatly.

I wonder if these people have gardens and livestock. I'd bet they dont and depend of the gov't. If each family were able to have a decent sized garden and some chickens that would help tremendously. Chickens really dont need much to lay eggs, many times they will find their own food.

Grow Food? You mean you grow it? Totally lost skill. I live in the boondocks and virtually nobody grows a garden out here anymore

Read the article. Its not that they can't grow it all together. There are many factors involved causing food shortages.

OK, I was being a little sarcastic, but what I was saying is that yes, we're way too dependent on corporate farming and subsidized commodities. this was something that was still pretty much still the majority domain of individuals just 40 years ago.
We went from a self-reliant agriculture savy population to a mass of humanity that thinks nutrition is a bag of fried grease starch and a genetically modified, artificial filler Big Mac!
Far as the third world goes its all hijacked and sold for guns and gold toilets for their tyrrants. It's all in prophecy, there is going to be little food.
