They are making fun of what they will soon be in fear of.

Jesus will mock those who mocked Him as He casts them into eternal damnation. The fools will have eternity to pay. But hopefully at least some of those who mock Jesus will find cleansing from His blood before the day of judgment.

Every time that I read a story like this I keep in mind that every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord to the glory of the Father. The same people who mock Him now will bow their knees to Him and confess His Lordship one day soon.

C Little I first want to say i love you in Christ and I enjoy your posts and i will be flamed here but I do want to
get out my thoughts on this.

When there was a movement to keep people from dancing it was because they said it was a sin yet David Danced and leaped to the lord! If we go with You shall make no graven images of anything in heaven or on earth then every Angel and Jesus picture statutue and the like should be gone also. For toys designed for children saying yes jesus might do this or that as long as it is not in a sinful act I can see as opening up the eyes and ears of the children and for anyone that knows to grow a church you must start with the youth! I know they didn't have skateboards or surf boards in his time and he wouldn't need them as he could walk on water and float on air yet in the mind of a child he is equal as a father to them. the one that moved me most was the one with Jesus holding up a homeless sign and it moved me because every homeless person you pass by and turn your eyes from is also the chance of him being messiah or an angel sent from. Jesus is everything and everyone who is to say he wouldn't ride a motorcycle or surf or skateboard? Do i look down to him for doing that? no way. I have a relationship with him and in all my relationships I have played soccor vollyball skaeboarded surfed and played golf. I didn't with my father but would have loved to had he not died when I was younger. How many of you do things with your father or have done things with your father? does it make him less your father? do you respect him less if he were doing the things here in the pictures? do you as a child fear your father less when you know you have done wrong because you have done these things. If it were irreverant actions of sin I would back all here about it trust me. I see Jesus acting in no sinful manner. I know for me I keep a bible in my middle consol of my vehicle the passangers seat is reserved for him he rides with me and he talks with me there and when I put my hand on that bible in the middle I swear I can feel him placing his over mine. Does that sound bad? that Jesus is my co pilot? my friend that rides with me. The one I take fishing with me in my boat the one that when i am golfing I look to and ask for him to let me play my best? thnk about it he is being depicted as someone you can relate to which we all do in someway it is just that reminder he is with me whereever and whatever I am doing.

Pendragon,

I'm not going to flame you for your opinions, and I appreciate your thoughts. On this matter I just really don't agree.

I feel that our saviour should be held in higher regards than this. It is really a bad case of mocking (to me). For me personally, I find these toys offensive. To me, it says, "hey kids Jesus was just some dude like you and me".

That's my opinion, and like I said, I respect the fact that you should be able to express yours as well.

I went to the founders site to try and see what his motive was for doing this, and I discovered that he is a self proclaimed Catholic. In his founders message he states that part of the inspiration for this was his father's death. He then goes on to say that the death of pope John Paul II also played a role. "I had lost my biological father, and the worlds Catholics had lost their spiritual father." From this he says came an inner voice that said "I am ALWAYS with you." Thus the creation of this product. There are some you tube videos of the media reporting on this product. One reporter calls him a born again Christian while the other says he is Catholic. Regardless of his religious affiliation if I had children I do not know if this would be the FIRST impression of Jesus that I would want them to see.

This is disgusting. But hey, anything that makes a buck, right? Merchandising our Lord and Savior. Isn't it wonderful that His death on the cross, not only bought us redemption, but makes great subject matter for profitable merchandise...
