Pop-Up tool tips

Hi all, Can anyone tell me how to turn off these very annoying pop-up tool tips that show the first few useless lines of a tread, whenever you move your mouse over it?

Oh, and did I mention I can't stay logged on?

To be honest, I don't see where to turn off the hover feature. :scratch

As for staying logged on (I had that problem for awhile) have you deleted your cookies then logged back in? If you go to your cookie folder on your computer, look for anything that has 'rr' in the name and delete it. Then come back and sign back in and see if that helps.

If you put someone on ignore, that will disable the pop up preview balloon!
