A friend got her husband a GPS for Christmas.
I started thinking that a lot of guys can handle the directions in the physical world. What we really need is a GPS for the emotional world. I'm frequently lost in that arena.

Wood shed my friend. Get yourself a nice, steel plated, lead encased wood shed :)
But really, emotional GPS would be great. Either that or the magic decoder ring for the phrase "I said everything is fine!"

Let's see, the new baby is born, but I'm not sure what I should feel. Glad? Eager to smoke a cigar with my buddies? Satisfied? Sad about diapers? Hmmm. Let's see. I'll just pull out my Emotional Positioning System (EPS) and type in the situation. The answer is "Elated." I can do that.

I'm still a little uncomfortable about getting around in this area, even with the GPS. Could we throw in a chauffeur with that?

I got a GPS for my wife for Christmas. She's always getting lost. She was happy about the gift.

My wife is forever calling me while she's out asking for directions. One time she called and I was trying to figure out where she was by asking about exits. Finally, I asked her where the sun was. She told me and I told her to get off at the next exit and go back the other way.
