Okay, today is January 2nd. There has been violent news already ...i.e., Kenya, Iraq bombings...

Sooo...did he just come up with this today?

I love Pat Robertson, and I love to watch the 700 Club. I just don't know what's going on with these January 1st prophecies he gives that don't always come to pass. I know people are quick to call him a false prophet, but he seems so genuine about everything else.

Yea. I was telling my wife that I could have predicted the violence part. Would that make me a prophet? I could also predict that it will rain on some part of America tomorrow.:idunno

There has been violence ever since the fall of man and the stock market has had a lot of ups and downs in its history.

Pat's predictions may be correct just based on patterns and cycles and human nature.

The sad part is that he claims "God told me", then turns out to be wrong.

Well, Pat needs to keep his views to himself. His past 'predictions' didn't come to pass, especially the destruction of the U.S. in the year 2007.

We are all still here and it's 10:01 pm, January 2nd, 2008.

C'mon Pat...admit it..You are not a prophet.
