Anyone know why I keep getting logged off even though I have chosen for it to remember me?

Good question....Not only does it not remember me (cookie) but I leave my desk for a bathroom break, answer a few emails, and have a 5 min. phone conversation, just to come back here and try to post on a thread and have to log back in again......
Sometimes it takes a while to get the bugs out...

You can use the following instructions to clear your cache and cookies. :)
1. Delete all cookies and cache
FIREFOX:
Tools >> Options >> Privacy >> Cache (clear)
Tools >> Options >> Privacy >> Cookies (clear)
INTERNET EXPLORER:
Tools >> Internet Options >> Delete Cookies (yes)
Tools >> Internet Options >> Delete Files >> Delete All Offline Content (yes)
SAFARI:
Safari >> Preferences >> Reset Safari
2. Close all instances of your browsers
3. Open up a new browser and log in fresh
We hope this helps. :)

Clearing all cookies is a bit problamatic. I have many websites that I visit that remember me and I don't want them to forget. It isn't that big of a deal, but seems like their should be a better way.

Yes, that does cause a problem. Perhaps clicking the log out link at the bottom of the forum front page, then logging back in might help?? :idunno

If logging out doesn't help and you don't want to lose your other cookies, go into the temp internet files on your computer and manually delete anything that says rr-bb.com.

In Firefox you can remove individual cookies, remove the Rapture Ready one.
IE removes them all
not sure about Safari

In IE to remove individual cookies got to Tools - internet options - history - settings - view files. Then just highlite and delete. You can view the files by internet address so that should make it pretty easy.
