Well, you are going to have a tough time proving that. Because the concept that fallen angels visited the earth and interacted with human beings is definitely is found in several places in the scripture, not just in the book of Jude. However, the book of Enoch is a folkloric embellishment of these events prior to the Flood, during the days of Noah.
Enoch did not really write it and that is why it is not considered scripture. The information it contains is of historical interest only. I wouldn't say that Jude quoted the book verbatim, but rather he mentions a concept that is surely found in the book.
The same concept of angelic interference in human affairs is also found in Genesis 6 (http://www.searchgodsword.org/desk/?language=en&query=Genesis+6§ion=10&translation=nas&oq=Jude%25201%2520&new=1&nb=jude&ng=1&ncc=1), and in 2Peter 2:4 (http://www.searchgodsword.org/desk/?query=2pe+2:4&translation=nas&st=1&new=1&sr=1&l=en) and Jude 1:6 (http://www.searchgodsword.org/desk/?language=en&query=Jude+1+§ion=10&translation=nas&oq=angels%2520&new=1).
If you want to understand what is going to happen you might want to study the subject a bit.
There's nothing in the book that is going to harm anyone, it's no different than any other non-scriptural ancient writing. That is simply anti-intellectualism.
Connecting the book of Enoch with the Holy Scriptures is about as valid as connecting the Koran with the Holy Bible.
If there is any connection it is a satanic forgery to confuse.
