Temporary glitch? What the heck is this?

When doing a search for some threads, I kept getting an Error 409 message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /showthread.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.39 Server at rr-bb.com Port 80

this means a thread was moved out of the public forums
but the hyper link still shows

the other i do not know
could be a server issue
