Has anyone here used the Leslie Sansone Cd's. I bought 2 and I have been working on one. I can only do 1 mile but I really enjoy it, It isn't like regular aerobics.

I used them a while back, and I enjoyed them too. I mostly used them when I couldn't get outside because of the weather or when I just didn't have any time left in my day... I thought they were a very good workout. :thumb:)

What kind of equipment do you need? I need something, I'm getting too big for my britches!

nothing really. There are some exercises where she may use weights or a band, but you don't have to use them. I don't plan on getting them until I can do the exercises without them without dying!!LOL:shocked

I have several of her dvds. I really enjoy them - she's so positive and encouraging w/o being overly perky!

i have a bunch of her dvd's including her brand new walk slim system. i really, really enjoy them, but for me (as a former marine) i can't seem to lose a lot of weight from them. since getting out of the military, i really think my body is programmed to run 3 miles a day, and i need something that is more grueling in the cardio department. that's why i bought a treadmill. :)

anyhoo, her dvd's are great, and i highly recommend them.

I walk about 1 or 2 times at least 2 miles each day.
Takes 35 - 45 minutes, depending how fast i walk and if i shop at the supermarket.
It does definitely help keep away those pounds, but still i'm somewhat overweight.

Thing is, when i was 3 weeks in Japan for vacation in august of 2007, i ate less and walked more, much more.
So when i was back, people said that i looked thinner.
Exercise and good eating patterns do help.
The exercise i already have, definitely start using those weights again, especially against R.S.I. related syndromes.
Also cut back a bit in what i eat and i should be fine and on my way to 75 - 80 kg instead of my 85 kg now.
I am 1.85 m high, so i am slightly overweight.
