a couple websites i found. one is fitday.com where you can track your food intake and excercise and another diet.com where you can find nutrion facts for about anything. I'm trying it so i can be more aware of what i eat. sometimes i had no idea how much i was actually eating!!!:panic

This looks good. I am going to try and get us back on a healthy track this year now that i'm not pregnant and hopefully will not be craving SO much food.. :lol2

When are we allowed to start watching our weight though and exercising??? Is it at the 6 wk. mark or when Dr. releases you? :thinking

yeah 6 weeks. i htink i'm going to take another 2 though i still get some abdominal pain when i over do it

There is also a calorie counter website, I don't remember the name but google it and its forum comes up. Even if you are not doing a calorie counting diet, it is a great forum with lots of tips and healthy eating ideas.
