Do You Believe The Rapture Is Close...A Test

If we truly believe the Rapture of the Church is upon us, then it would most certainly challenge us to (1) Live holy lives, and (2) evangelize. If we flunk the test, then we most certainly DON'T believe what we say we believe. So let's remind ourselves daily (moment by moment, really) that we must be holy, even as our heavenly Father is holy...and it is through the foolishness of the message shared (that Jesus died and rose again) that God saves some. Live holy, share Christ, knowing that any moment Jesus could descend!!!!

You are so right Chaplain, 1 Cor. 1:18: "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness but to us which are saved, it is the power of God" I love that verse. It's so "to the point." And that is exactly the way we have to live our lives in these closing hours of the Dispensation of Grace. Either Christ is foolishness to us and we walk the way of the world OR we truly regard it as the power of God to save to the uttermost. We don't have time nor space to worry about what people think of us. Bringing glory to God is all that matters now. God bless you AND the men and women you serve.:hug

:hugChaplain, I agree 100% on what you just said. Evangelizism is so important they we should be spreaking the truth about what Christ did for all of us. I take a Peter stand "turn or burn" not because I feel the rapture is so close, I do it, because people dont understand they may not have a tormorrow. I feel in my heart that I dont have all this time to build a relationships, when I know in my heart it could be over any minute. And some, not most will be meeting our Jesus. Narrow is the way
