Please dear brethren, keep in mind, that no matter how bad things might get, Yaweh takes care of His own.
No matter what happens, our Father has a plan for each of our lives, and nothing takes Him by surprise.

A collapse of the economy will no doubt effect the lower-middle class americans BIG TIME.
Here in the Orlando area, construction has come to almost a standstill. My husband and son's are of the few who haven't been let go... yet. And they do commercial construction, not houses.

I'll leave yu with what I have always taught our 4 children when we went thru some hard times:

When going thru hard times, we must remember WHO our provider is. We also need to learn from the mistakes which the Israelites made when wandering for 40 years.

Let us be thankful for 'mannaroni and cheese' even if we have to eat it 7 days a week for 40 years! ;)

Maranatha!

hey, mannaroni and cheese are a major part of our diet in our house even now!! Thank you for the reminder that we all need in scary times. That we are not to forget who our father is, who has promised to take care of our every need and worry.

One of my favorite verse section is Matthew 6:25-34

Yes, Lord is good to us. No matter what comes, He will take care of us the way He wants us to be taken care of.

I am certain, there is a BIG storm coming.

One that many are not prepared for. Including myself.

It is time to batton down the hatches with the word of the Lord.

God is with us.

Yes, God has been so good to me and mine, even when things are horrible, He is still so good to us. I believe that all of the planning is good, but the biggest thing is to trust in the Lord!

That is 100% correct. Well said. Planning should compliment your trust in God, not supplement it.

Thank you for the post. My husband and I are tightening our belts. Our income has been severely impacted as it is tied directly to the mortgage industry. But I will look to our Lord as I believe hard times are upon us.
Thank you again for your post, reminding us of who is in control ! Our Lord, Jesus Christ ! :yeah

God Bless !
