I believe in a pre-trib rapture, and it's my blessed hope for sure - but there are those moments when I think maybe I'm just an escapist, desperately wanting a way out?

I wonder if it will come in my lifetime, but it will come.

The rapture is just as real as any of Christ's promises. Too much evidence to support it and too close to doubt it!:yeah

I have firmly believed in the rapture since I read "The Late Great Planet Earth" in 1973 and hold on to the blessed hope it will come in my lifetime, but if I should pass away before then,I still know where I'm going.I just don't understand why more pastors(churches) don't expound on it.:scratch

I would like to see it come in my lifetime too. Amen!

Me too.

I never have doubted that the Rapture will occur.

Well, I don't doubt that it will occur. But sometimes I wonder if it really will be pre-trib. Or if I'll actually see it happen in my lifetime.

Without a Rapture, Matthew 24:42 cannot be true. If Jesus were to return mid-trib, we could count the years from the revealing of the AC to the Abomination of Desolation and know exactly when Jesus is coming back. If post, you would be able to figure out the return of Christ by counting 7 years after the AC is revealed. I fully expect Jesus to return unexpectedly for His bride as He said He would.
