Reading the previous post about the BCS got me thinking about the most Exciting college game you watched or saw in person. For me It was the GA/FL game this year. I go down every year and always leave upset but this year my friend and I both lost our voices from yelling and hollaring my wife thought I had lost my mind. When GA ran out onto the field after that first touchdown I have to say I was stunned but then I "lost it" for a few minutes it was great. What was ya'lls fav game?

There were so many I remember in Tiger Stadium down in Baton Rouge. I went to every home game from 2000-2003. Then I moved to Tennessee. One game I remember in particular was when Auburn came down on a Saturday Night and stomped on our logo before the game. They got a 15 yard penalty before the game even started. Needless to say, the crowd was FIRED UP for the opening kickoff. I remember it being so loud I could not talk to the person next to me. Well...old Nick Saban took advantage of the penalty and kicked an onside kick for the opening kickoff! When we recovered Tiger Stadium literally shook!!! Wow! That was one heck of a night. GEAUX TIGERS!!! National Champs x 3!!:thumb

I'm a Georgia fan too, but don't get a chance to go to many games. I have a friend and his wife that go to every game (they're alumni) and so he pays a huge amount every year and invites me along sometimes... However, one of the best games I've ever seen, or at least a game that I was so glad I stayed up for was last year's OU/Boise State game. I almost went to bed but I stayed up and the ending was awesome--those two "trick" plays. My adrenaline was up and I couldn't even go to sleep for awhile after it! I'd also have to put Georgia beating Auburn in 2002 up there with David Greene's pass to Michael Johnson (that's who it was, right?)..that was pretty cool, too.
You know, while I'm thinking of moments like that, let me throw in a non-football situation. When the Atlanta Braves came from behind to beat the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 1992 NLCS in game 7--I was so excited that I was jumping up and down and couldn't go to sleep for hours. I was 16 then. What a night! Bream coming around the bases at what seemed like 1 mph and barely being SAFE! I found that on youtube once, too!

I really enjoyed the game where LSU beat AU with that last second bomb into the endzone that rocked!!!!! I really do not like AU couch so that was great to see him lose and your team taking a chance like that it was great.

It had to be the Texas, USC game when Vince Young ran in for a TD to win the game.

I enjoyed that one as well. Anytime USC gets reminded that they are not the best team of all time, it makes my heart happy.:heh

For me, definitely Boise State/Oklahoma Fiesta bowl. I've never seen such a string of
UNBELIEVABLE plays staring down "Season Over" so amazingly. Had everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink, and one end zone corner with a pear tree, partridge coincidentally there.

Ouch! That game hurt me. But I was happy for Houston Nutt. I like that guy. The Arkansas/LSU game has turned into a good rivalry to look forward to on the day after Thanksgiving. The Hogs are going to be especially tough with Petrino conjuring up his spells.:thumb
