Virus?

To make a long story short...I've been divorced about six yrs and finally agreed to go out on a date with a guy that works with a friend of mine. The guy just was not for me and I told him so as nicely as I could. He wasn't happy about it. That was a week ago. A few days later I got a virus on my computer that took me a lot of work to get rid of and a few times my e-mail has already been opened when I bring it up. I put a new antivirus on the computer and a firewall. My question is...the guy does IT work. Is it possible that he has hacked into my computer somehow (he has my e-mail address) or is it just a coincidence? :scratch

No. I just thought it was odd that I would get a virus that soon after making him angry with me. I don't know what's possible and I want to be careful.

A firewall and an up-to-date Virus scanner are good places to start.
