Leviticus 18:22

Thou shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination. Rom: 1:27,28

This is one of God's forbidden sexual practices. This LAW by God is above ANY law that man can pass.

There are homosexuals in EVERY occupation of this world. Some are out in the open. I am just not talking about men only there are women also. To me the most offencive are those in the church NOT those preaching, those straight members that claim to be born again. Yet, they support those preaching knowing they live in sin everyday and PROUD of it. They CAN NOT be Christians. Yes, God loves everyone, but he HATES the sin. As God said "it is an ABOMINATION" any christian that truly follows the laws of God can not make ANY excuse or reason why they support a homosexual in the church, or on the street. Is this "HATE" speech? Noway, its just that people say "they are born that way" as an excuse for them. This is a lifestyle they choose "NOT BORN" that way.

My question "HOW CAN A BORN AGAIN PERSON SIT AND LISTEN TO A PERSON WRAPPED IN SIN?"
The holy spirit is not there, the message being preached is not from God. If you are in a church were the pastor,or members turn a blind eye to this lifestyle you better find a church that follows God's laws "NOT" man's.

Do you really want to live under the law? James 2:10 "For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it." To answer your question: "How can a born again person sit and listen to a person wrapped in sin?" The only thing I can say is if the person is saved then they are not wrapped in sin, but in the righteousness of Christ!

We the saved "CAN'T KNOWLY BE A SUPPORTER OF SIN".

What's your definition of "Support":idunno?

I feel as Christians, all we can do is lovingly tell them how Jesus can release the demons that inhabit them. That Jesus will wash them clean and set them free if they really want out of that bondage. And if they don't, that they will have an eternity of suffering.

I believe this has to be done in a caring rather than judgmental manner. Remember, God's Word tells us, it is not "US" who will save the unsaved, but only the Holy Spirit/God/Jesus. All we can do is plant the seed.

So I guess if you mean by not "supporting" them, we're to refrain from cheering them on, or telling them it's okay, I agree.

I do not think being kind and nice to homosexuals is supporting sin. I work with two gay men and are friends with them. I live Jesus in front of them and of one them professes to be a Christian. I do not condemn them, but live my Christian life in front of them. I know what God thinks about their sin I am clear about what the Bible says. But I also think God would have me love them and not condemn them. I pray for them and I pray that God opens their eyes. I am glad I am not their judge. God loves them as he loves me.

Amen Nanny.

Listen, it is not our place to judge or condemn those who live in this lifestyle. Believe me. I used to be in that lifestyle.

The only way you are going to reach the men and women is to pray for them. No Bible thumping or anything like that will make them come to Christ.

(1 Peter 2:17) "Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor."

Bottom line: treat everyone respectably.

I worked at a lighting company and worked with many gay men that were designers. I was nice to them, and they behaved themselves around me.

If anyone tells me that I am supporting their gay lifestyle by treating them as fellow humans, then I KNOW that accuser doesn't have a clue about what the bible says, or even God's heart for that matter.

We have to move past our pharisaical tendencies.

Please don't be like the Westboro Baptist Church.

I have seen them, at all places at the funeral/memorial for Gov. Carnahan of Missouri.

It is written in Matt 12:32, quoting Jesus Himself, that the only unforgiveable sin is that of blaspheming the Holy Spirit. Jesus also prophesied regarding the rapture in Luke 17:34 that "in that night, there will be two men in one bed: one will be taken, the other will be left." Now this is not a defense of homosexuality, a true saved believer would fight against temptation and with Help, defeat it. Even Paul acknowledged in Romans 7:15 - 25 that he is baffled that he does the very thing he loathes. So, do not condemn, for I believe that in the great crowd of saved believers in Heaven, seen in Revelation 19:1, there will be many saying of others "What?!? You're HERE?!?!", and conversely, "Hey, where's so-and-so, surely they would be here??". Let's help our poor fellow sufferers, as our great General commands, and leave the final choice up to Him. Look into your hearts, fellow Christian men, are we not also guilty? (References from Amplified Bible)
