Every time the Federal Reserve lowers interest rates the dollar drops in value. It kinda makes you wonder if the Fed is doing this on purpose. Something to think about.

gonna keep dropping like a lead balloon...especially if OPEC goes to euros instead of the dollar...that meeting is in march.

Don't worry, as "bad" as things are, I'm sure it won't intrude on all the spare time we spend chatting on the Internet.

Maybe we should design a tread mill that generates electricity so we can chat, loose weight, and be energy sufficient.

Or maybe going back to the O.T. we should build a small steam engine powered generator to burn all the worthless dollars we will accumulate in the next three years.

Some countries have resorted to using their currency as toilet paper because sheet for sheet it was cheaper.

I sure hope OPEC holds their peg for a little while longer we are expecting a new addition to our famiily in April. The name is top Secret but I might consider linking his name to historically significant events or persons. Names ruled out are Alan, Ben, Osama, Obama, John (McCain), and Rudy. Might consider Fahd, Abdullah, Bibi, Joel, Newt, or Putin. (Jesting only please don't tell my wife these choices she will have me committed.)

Maybe I could wall paper the babies room with our devaluing currency! That way when he gets old enough to mark on the walls it won't hurt my feelings.

I have to find humor where I can. My act is not doing much on weekends here.
