NT: We are talking about the same beautiful man, the same beautiful prophet, the same divine person sent from heaven. In the Koran, it emphasizes maybe three main points: about the birth, about the fact that he was not the son of God, and then, that he was not crucified. The rest is [the same] Jesus ... the sermons, and the miracles, and the political situation.

borrowing from the bible to make it seem good while removing the most critical parts of who and what Jesus is...

oh and ummm....
NT: Many thought this film is a good step for serious inter-religious dialogue. Many of them liked it — seeing the Koran-based ending. And I was very happy that the practicing Christians were very happy with the film. I have never found one case among practicing Christians who are offended [by the movie].

I think this a trick of rhetoric. "Practicing" Christians. You can practice to be a Christian, but just because you observe holidays and act like a Christian doesn't mean you are one.
I find a lot of nonbelievers have trouble grasping this. So I have to tell them it's like being a "practicing" Cubs fan. You do all the things a Cubs fan would do, going to games, cheering, wearing the merchandise, and memorizing player stats. But does that really mean you're a Cubs fan? No. You can just be doing all that for appearance's sake, but you aren't a Cubs fan in your heart. Or you're only doing it because your family is Cubs' fans.

The word "practicing" is a loophole people like to use to get things by you, not only in this article, but in other issues as well. Most of them don't expect you to know the difference, or don't know the difference themselves.

"Oh look! I'm wearing ninja's clothes! I have ninja stars. I also speak Japanese. I must definitely be a real practicing ninja!", or it's just a costume... :P

Okay, with that example aside, any person practicing Christianity in the MIND and the Flesh wouldn't stand for that film.
