Windows XP Install

I've just had to get a new hard drive ,it's identical to the original HD , How do

i install XP . Not very good with this .

If you google "Windows XP install" you will find some good step by step instructions. What do you mean by just had to get a new hard drive? Did the old one fail? You didn't you buy a bigger hard drive for more storage?

Are you just replacing the orginal hard drive and that is all? IDE or SATA drives?

You would also have to register your fresh install of Windows XP perhaps by phone.

Thanks for the tip to google install. Brand new hard drive, SATA.

It all seems to be working now.
