I just want to lift up a few praises today!!! The Lord our God is amazing and wonderful! On Monday I had to take my daughter to the dr., she ran a temperature of 102 on sunday night and i was very worried. Well, she tested positive for the flu! Yay fun, right? well, the dr. put her and her brother on tamiflu since he figured we all had been exposed to it. Well, my son never showed symptoms and after the dr's visit, my daughter's symptoms disappeared also! I am thankful that even though we had all been exposed to the flu, our symptoms and sickness was gone amazingly fast! I couldn't believe it.
My second praise is a financial one. When i went to pick up their prescriptions, the pharmacist told me that the bill was $110! evidently my prescription plan now has a deductible and i never knew about it. So i paid my $110 faithfully even though i didn't really have that much to spend and went on my way. when i got home i noticed my receipt said that the charge was $150?!?!? and it said that my check i gave them was for $150. i was very confused and called the pharmacy to find out what the true amount was. they called me back and said that yes, the bill is $150 but since my kids were sick that they did not want me to come back to pay the difference, they were just going to write it off!! praise God, hallelujah! so i saved $40 on the prescriptions and saved a $20 copay at the dr's since he wrote a prescription for my son without making me bring him in to be looked at!
i have been having major financial problems and obstacles and this just goes to show that God does know our hearts and has his hand on everything.
:yeah :yeah :yeah
