I'm not a woman, so I hope I'm not intruding. But I do love cooking. My grandmother just told me this recipe, though I'm not sure if the measurements are quite right.

Easy Mexican Casserole

Brown a pound of lean ground beef.

While that's browning, mix 1 can of tomato soup, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup salsa, some sour cream (probably to taste).

When the beef is brown, toss in the mixture and make it simmer.

Take 6 flour tortillas and tear them into 2-inch squares (or so - it doesn't have to be perfect). Toss the squares into the mix. Once it's nice and hot, top it with cheese and serve.
