I have a wonderful diet tip for eating cupcakes. Lick the frosting off first. Then, when you eat the cupcakes, you don't get the calories from the frosting. I think I are a genius.:heh

But you CAN eat 2 at a time. Because if you made the recipe into a 2 layer cake you would get 12 servings, but since you are making 24 cupcakes then technically you can have 2 cupcakes...right:scratch

Break them in half first. All of the calories will then fall out before you eat them. This works for cookies and brownies, too!!
