Saints, you MUST read this! I'm on David Wilkerson's mailing list and received this newest letter on Friday. I had to wait for him to put it online before posting it. So much of what we here in the RR Forum have been talkng about, David is talking about in this letter!! It's awesome! My heart stirred when I read it and I pray you all take time to read it as well.

Interesting, but I thought the Day of the Lord is different from the Rapture? I'm confused

David is talking about both the Rapture and The Day of the Lord in that article.

Yes, he did bring up some very good points!
Such as, WHY aren't churches preaching on His coming? WHY are so many christians not even believing that He is coming soon?! And, we all need to take heed to what he warns about the ruler over the households!

It's frightening what that old Jewish woman stated about Hitler though, and how everyone was just gong about their normal lives, drinking and partying when from one moment to the next the Jews were dragged off to camps and sent to the gas chambers.

Am i misunderstanding the article when he says belivers who are not looking for him and are goofiing off, partying etc will miss the rapture?

He starts out talking about The Day of The Lord. Then after awhile goes into the Rapture.

David doesn't believe the Lord would ever, "allow His Bride to be raped by the Antichrist" (as he puts it in one of his books). Which those who believe in a post trib rapture, are actually saying that the Lord WOULD allow that. Those people make no sense.

I believe that's exactly what he is saying. He is talking about Luke 12 and the evil servant who says, "my Lord delayeth His coming" and is caught partying and getting drunk with the drunken when Jesus comes.
