This is comforting. I guess he's too busy with giving away Israel to the terrorists, and pushing the North American Union to understand what's happening in his own country

To many, Bush being surprized by anything......isn't surprizing.

The cost of oil and gas is breaking the backs of working Americans, they pump so much of their paychecks into their gas tanks just getting back and forth to work, it is any wonder they have no money to spend to keep the economy stable. It is a terrible domino effect on everything from food costs (transporting ) to postal services (mail trucks) With the necessities of life costing an arm and a leg, who has any money left to spend? Mr. Bush thinks givng a tax refund is going to help, he wants us to all go out and spend it to boost the economy. Thanks for the change, Mr. President, but I am sure we all have bills to pay and kids to feed, it will not help the economy, that is such a joke.:ohnoSo, the oil companies are ruining this country for the sake of their greedy pockets. It's a travesty.:tsk

I agree with IAmHis. We need some alternatives to gasoline. I'm thinking about making my own car, if I can figure out how to do it, that runs on something I have plenty of -- maybe dog poo, since we have three dogs. Wouldn't that smell good driving down the road? LOL

There are alternative energy boosters that do work on gasoline engines, not all are snake oil, and yes I do use one that works
