What should or who should we report to if we are getting PM Spam?

the PM should have the little police officer icon on top right corner of the message (just like regular thread posts), click that and it will have a form for reporting it.... :)

I sent it to Buzz. I didn't hear back so I'm not sure if he got it or not. Should I sent it to a mod?
