well, okay... I already feel at home around here, but I suppose I should officially say hello! :heythere
I'm so glad to have found this place... I've been a Christian since I was a little girl (Christian home), but it was only after reading John MacArthur's book Hard to Believe, a few years ago, that I began to seriously understand the cost of following Jesus. I have felt alone because my church like many others doesn't necessarily see the wolves moving about in sheep's clothing within the Christian circles and churches today, and nobody understood why I was so "old-fashioned" in my faith. I had a hard time explaining it to others - I lack the knowledge as to why the emerging church is wrong. But I found this site, and I found a plethora of brothers and sisters in Christ who are watchful and discerning about the times and anticipating His return! It has renewed me spiritually! I am not alone!
I look forward to hanging out here, and meeting many of you, and growing in my faith.
