:waveI am Joanie and sort of knew. I was on a few years back from germany.
Anyway I was sort of wondering if it was just me or may-be some of you have seen it too.:thinking For an example, I just saw a close up Of Hilery.:scratch Her features seem so cold and empty.:ohno My first thought was to lift her up to the Lord :prayfor there is still time for her and others we may see like that.

What I don't understand is some pictures of her make her look very old while others make her look in her 30's. Are they using old photos or airbrushed or does she have temporary face lifts??:scratch

Look into her eyes in every photo, because that tells it all. IMHO, the eyes are a window into the very heart and soul of any human being being on earth.:candle:wave

Yes for sure. My thoughts also. It is frightening sometimes. I just thank Jesus that we aren't left here alone.

You and me both!!! I know what you mean about eyes, too. I have seen that cold, empty look in peoples eyes before.....it is chilling. They do need prayer.

I think so, too. Have you noticed that in so many young people lately, the eyes look blank--like nobody's home? Our young people really need prayer, too.

There are many stock pictures available to newspapers and magazines. They also take a lot of pictures at every photo op. This gives them a wide selection of shots to use, some looking good, some not so good. Sometimes just a little change in the angle or the light will make a huge difference in the "look" of a person. The fish wrap tabloids are famous for picking a picture that matches the mood of the story. If they are publishing a feel good story about someone this week the picture they use will make the person look like a saint. But next week when they are dissing the same person the picture they use will make them look almost demonic. This same practice, to a lesser extent, is used by almost all the media. And many of them have not been above a little "photoshopping" of a shot to enhance the image they are trying to lay on the subject whether that be good or bad.

Thankyou for explaining. Sometimes I see her and think, "Wow, she sure is able to remain youthful at her age." Then, along comes a picture with her looking worn and haggard. I didn't know if she was missing her botox treatments or what. Pelosi also looks younger than her age. You're right. Some magazines can really emphasis a person's "bad side". Others glamorize them. It pays to stay in good with the press.:aha
