This article makes me :mad: What is wrong with our government? Do they have any common sense at all? I don't think they really care about the people of this country anymore.

My, aren't we intelligent? A good example of the risks of the outsourcing craze we have been in.

Same intelligence level used in having prison inmates make auto license plates. :rolleyes Remember the rackets the inmates had going back then with the licenses?

There are people that should be FIRED for implementing this idiot idea.
