My husband and I have a terrific marriage, but are wanting to do a Bible study together. We figured we'd start with something on marriage...something to help us grow in our relationship with each other and with God. Anyone have any good suggestions for books or online courses? Thanks!:hat

A friend of mine and his new wife just went through this one and they say it is very good.

It is called 'Sacred Marriage' by Gary Thomas.

"Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken."
(Ecc 4:9-12)

The last verse is one to meditate - in particular about the detail of the chord of 3 strands, and how it is not easily broken. The application being those three stands being:

1) The husband
2) The wife
3) and Jesus Christ

Basically a marriage with Christ in the picture is one that should last, etc.
