E-Mail Notifications

I need help! :gaah How do I set my options so I DO NOT receive an e-mail notification regarding replies to threads I've responded to? I can't for the life of me figure it out. I went away for 2 days and had dozens and dozens or these emails.....eeeeekkk! Someone please help me :sob

User CP --> Edit Options --> Default Subscription Thread Notification. Set that to "No Emails." :)
