Removing rust from cloth

I have a small table cloth that has rust spots.....does anyone know how I can try to remove them?

I have the GREATEST book, Household Magic...

To remove rust, make a paste of equal parts of table salt and cream of tartar mixed with hot water. Work the paste into the stain and let it sit 15 min. Then launder as usual. On White Clothing, douse the spot with lemon juice and leave it in the sun for a couple hours and launder as usual. :thumb

There is a product called "wink" that is sold for this purpose in the cleaning section of the grocery store. It has acid in it so do not get it in your eyes and rinse your hands off well, but it wonderful for removing rust stains!!:)
