Do you have any thing to prove that statement? If the other side has to prove their points, then so should the opposite view.
Yes. I work in a government agency that would be directly affected by a currency union, in particular software that tracks sales. We're still doing business in U.S. dollars.

North American union plan headed to Congress in fall
Powerful think tank prepares report on benefits of integration between U.S., Mexico, Canada
WASHINGTON – A powerful think tank chaired by former Sen. Sam Nunn and guided by trustees including Richard Armitage, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Harold Brown, William Cohen and Henry Kissinger, is in the final stages of preparing a report to the White House and U.S. Congress on the benefits of integrating the U.S., Mexico and Canada into one political, economic and security bloc.
The final report, published in English, Spanish and French, is scheduled for submission to all three governments by Sept. 30, according to the Center for Strategic & International Studies.

Wow...it's amazing to see someone like Jefferies, in a position controlling that kind of wealth, who buys into this garbage about the NAU and the Amero.
This is not going to happen. This will never happen. Congress would have to pass this, and there is absolutely no way Congress is every going to give up the dollar and join an international currency. NEVER, EVER, EVER.
Funny but your denial isnt what the Bible supports.
Rev 13:
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

We will do business in the US dollar... the Amero has not been made as of date, unless our "fearless" government has made them and not saying a word about it.
What organization within the government do you work in... what's the title?
General Services Administration. The store for the U.S. Government. AND in the IT department, doing the computer programs that track sales. If there were a conversion to this fictional currency, we'd be at work changning all the programs to handle conversions. It would be another Y2K effort. We're not doing it, nor is there money in the budget to plan for this.
Everything, in the long run, has to be implemented. You can't just wave a magic wand and create a currency union. You have to have plans to design and modify computer systems, print new bank notes and coins, make sure they work with exisiting vending machines, and a thousand other tasks.
It's just like Aussie Bloke and his comet scare. At that time, I was contracting with the Census Bureau, and I knew that despite the claims of this meteor hitting, there were NO orders to move the key computer data from the site around Washington D.C. to the backup site further inland.
I don't say that a conversion to another currency is impossible. The Europeans did a decent job slowly converting from national currencies to the Euro, but it took ten years. We're not even starting that process.

The Mark of the Beast sounds like it's a high-tech version of rationing cards. The nuclear exchanges (or Wormwood hits) are going to devastate the agriculture of the earth, and food will be short. I would be willing to bet that the Antichrist's government will start with paper rationing cards, but that won't work-- so a computer-based system will have to be established.
That's going to take some time to develop! Any IT professional would think...
You'd need several big servers, probably mainframes with SANs, with backup locations for redundancy and for speed in procesing. These will have to be synchonized regularly.
The big servers with the data of who's "loyal" will then need to be networked down to the village level. (I don't think there will be more than one or two distribution points in every town.) The village workstations can be laptops, running on solar power... oops, there's that blackness thing coming, too!... with RFID scanners.
As for data... who is going to report those who have died?
This network will take between two to four years to implement on a skeletal level.

Have any of you heard that American shops can now take the Peso?
In Texas, it was aired on the news... just curious anyone's thoughts.
American shops can take any currency they want to; it's a free country. I remember a number of stores in NY State and Canada that accepted either Canadian and U.S. dollars. They did so at a discount rate that guaranteed them a profit.
The stores that accept pesos are in the Mexican border area, or are in Dallas and doing it for a publicity stunt. Again, they accept the currency at a discount rate that guarantees them a profit when they exchange it.
Last night at my part time job in the movie theater someone gave me a 5-pound note by mistake. I told them to take it to Thomas Cook or the currency store in Union Station and exchange it there; we were strictly U.S. dollars.

Oh, no, it's not. That was in a 1970s movie about the Rapture. I remember that film, though not its name.
