CBNNews.com - WAYCROSS, Ga. - The weekend's tropical weather gave a much-needed soaking to thousands of acres of burning swamp and timberland in northern Florida and southeastern Georgia.
Up to six inches of rain fell, allowing firefighters to relax a little.
The rain wasn't enough to put out all the fires, but officials said the moist conditions allowed firefighters to focus on hot spots spared by the rain -- and areas that could potentially catch fire again. The Associated Press June 3, 2007 http://www.cbn.com/CBNnews/169860.aspx
Your endless love for us cannot be matched Lord. May You receive all glory and honor for yet another answer to prayer. May the world look upon the works of Your Hands, and rejoice, in Jesus name, amen.
